    I had an issue with my garage door not opening and called Bill since he had serviced my door in the past (replaced the springs). Within 30 minutes of taking my call he showed up at my house in Marlboro. He explained in detail what the issue was and that it was cheaper for me to buy a new garage door opener rather than have him replace the required parts. What I liked was that he was honest and explained my options and the differences between both products he carried including warranties and features. I appreciated that he was upfront in setting my expectations by telling me that he had a full schedule and was backed up due to all the winter storms but was able to get me on his calendar in 2 weeks. And sure enough he contacted me 2 days before the install date to confirm the appointment and came to my house promptly the next day and early (7am) to install my new garage door opener. So far its been a week and I couldn't be happier with my Liftmaster 8550 opener and with Bill's work and professionalism. I recommend him highly!
